Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
6 Dozen (may double recipe)
Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Add:
2 1/2 cup flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder opt: add 2 cups choc. chips
Form into 1- inch balls and roll in sugar. Bake 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 for 7-9 minutes.
ideas: 1. bake in mini muffin pans
2. place peanut butter cup in middle after baking
3 add Hershey’s kiss after baking
4. make into plain peanut butter cookies
