4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt
Vegetable oil
Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup sliced green onions

Cut chicken into strips. Lightly salt, then coat in cornstarch. Fry in heated oil until cooked. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in pan. Cook until combined and slightly thickened. Return chicken to pan. Heat through. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, garnish with green onions. Serve with steamed rice.

I got this recipe from Kimberly Cutler. It's easy, fast, and very delicious! Kids love it too. I like to double the sauce.
